You might need to return or replace an order for any of these reasons:

• The product is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• You changed your mind about the product.

If the product is not damaged or defected, you have to pay for delivery fees.

If the item is not sealed, it will not be refundable or replaceable.

Discounted items cannot be returned but only exchanged.

You have the right to ask for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions; The product is not used and sealed, the item is repacked in its original packaging, and all delivery labels are securely attached.

In the case of returns, you will receive the value back in 3-5 working days from the pickup day.

If you paid using the cash on delivery option; you will receive a voucher to place another order as a refund.

If you paid using a credit card; your refund will be a transfer back to the credit card with the same amount (excluding the shipping cost).
