Shipping policy


-When the website receives a purchase order from the client, it sends a message via email to acknowledge receiving the order.


-A mistake may happen by the client during the purchase process, to fix it contact the team via email or phone number.


-In order to have a pleasant shopping experience, the client needs to make sure all the personal information provided are accurate; the name, address, credit card expiration date, and availability of sufficient credit to cover the purchases.


The client should only have one account and should only use a voucher once. In case of breaching this rule, has the right to take the necessary legal measures, from closing down the account, canceling the purchasing order, and banning from completing any future purchases.


Right of withdrawal

The client has the right to cancel his order within a day from the purchasing date and before the product gets processed.


The paid amount will be returned within one day from the canceling date.


In case the product left our premises on its way to the client, it can’t be returned. In this case, the client should read the return policy. payment methods
